New to the industry? Start your fitness career with an apprenticeship at your local NR club — get paid, train on the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification, with mentoring from our team every step of the way. Many of our apprentices go on to join us permanently.
Gym Instructor apprenticeship
Learn to coach members, run inductions and keep the floor safe while you earn a recognised Level 2 qualification.
Personal Trainer apprenticeship
Progress to programme design and one-to-one coaching, working towards your Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
